George Bush used the Saudi and Egyptian attack on Sept. 11 to justify his attack on Iraq. Because Islam despised Saddam for his pro-Western ways, that was the political equivalent of attacking the English for something the Irish did.

Bush preaches that we should support the troops, yet he resisted the increase of the death benefit to $100,000. Billions and billions of dollars to Halliburton, but $100,000 was too much compensation for the loss of a son, daughter, father, mother.

He’s promoting what he calls the Clear Skies Act. What that really means is that Midwest polluters don’t need to comply with the EPA standards. Their pollution can continue to kill us off with respiratory and heart disease.

Now he says he’s going to fix Social Security. When you’ve got Crazy Guggenheim for a mechanic, don’t fix what isn’t broken.
