A homeless man has been charged with stalking and burglary after he swam across Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach in search of tennis star Anna Kournikova’s waterfront home.

Police paint a picture of an erratic man: “Anna! Save me!” William Lepeska shouted as he was taken away by police Jan. 30. Lepeska, who sports an “Anna” tattoo on his right bicep, was found unclothed near the swimming pool of a house three doors from Kournikova’s $5 mil home.

Lepeska, 40, who is in jail with bail set at $26,000, allegedly sent Kournikova numerous letters. According to Kournikova rep Ivy Mollenkamp, he made “alarming statements” saying he thought Kournikova had left a door at her house open for him. He swam nude 200 yards after having secured the tennis star’s location through months of Internet searches. But his plan went awry: It was the wrong expensive house.
