LEWISTON – An approaching snowstorm is expected to clog streets, so an overnight parking ban will be in effect from Thursday night until Friday morning.

Drivers in Lewiston are advised to get their vehicles off city streets and roads between 7 p.m. Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday to allow plow trucks to clear snow.

Vehicles parked in violation of the ban will be towed at the owners’ expense, police said.
