ALEXANDRIA, N.H. (AP) – A teenage snowmobiler was killed in a crash early Saturday.

Dylan Libby of Hill lost control of his machine in a field around 1:30 a.m., Fish and Game Lt. Todd Bogardus said. The snowmobile rolled and hit several trees. He was riding with a group of five friends and relatives.

Bogardus says Libby was wearing a helmet. He said the prelminary investigation points to speed and inattention playing a role in the crash.

Libby was the fifth person killed in snowmobile accidents in New Hampshire since the beginning of the year.
