OMAHA, Neb. – A surprise dinner reception was held on Dec. 12 for Joseph M.R. and Eleanor B. Caron of Omaha, Neb., on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. Mr. Caron is originally from Lewiston. The reception was hosted by their daughters at the Field Club of Omaha, where the guests of honor are members.
Family members attended from Maine, Florida and Indiana. Original wedding attendant present was Helen Wasik of Indiana, maid of honor.
The couple has two daughters, Cynthia C. and her husband, Gary Waterhouse, of South Windsor, Conn., and Christine C. and her husband, Scott Brimhall, and two granddaughters, Elaine and Emmily Brimhall, all of Riverton, Utah.
