HOUSTON (AP) – Continental Airlines will begin twice-daily nonstop service between Bangor, Maine, and Newark’s Liberty International Airport on June 9.
The new service complements existing daily nonstop service between Liberty International and Portland, Maine.
The service shrinks to once a day beginning Oct. 31 as summer travel diminishes. That flight will leave Bangor at 6:45 a.m. and return from Newark at 8:30 p.m.
