PORTLAND (AP) – Brian Willsie scored twice and Chris Hajt netted the game-winner as the Portland Pirates defeated the Philadelphia Phantoms 3-2 Saturday.

The Phantoms (36-21-2-4) took the lead late in the first period when Tony Voce connected for his first of the afternoon on the power play at 15:20.

Portland (28-26-3-5) tied it when Willsie scored less than a minute into the second period, and took the lead when he notched his second of the game on the power play just before the buzzer.

After Hajt made it 3-1 at 1:52 of the third period, Voce’s second goal of the game pulled the Phantoms within one at 2:48.

Portland goalie Maxime Daigneault stopped 27 of 29 shots to earn the win.
