LEWISTON – Norman Paul Choiniere, 72, of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, March 29, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Lewiston.

He was born in North Oxford, Mass., on Nov. 13, 1932, the son of Wilfred and Emma Choiniere. He lived in Oxford and Webster, Mass., and recently moved to Auburn.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Doris Choiniere, of Webster, Mass.; children, Sandra Troyse, of Maine, Paul Norman Choiniere and wife, Susan, of Maine, Phillip Norman Choiniere of Washington, Peter Norman Choiniere and wife, Susan, of Massachusetts; nine grandchildren, Chad Troyse of Massachusetts, BrenDay Choiniere-King, Jilliann Choiniere, Ryan (Lynzi) Choiniere, Anthony Choiniere, Joshua Choiniere and Kimberlee Choiniere, all of Maine, Pamela Choiniere and Angela Choiniere of Massachusetts; and nine great-grandchildren, all of Maine.
