AUBURN – A memorial gathering of friends and family was held Monday evening from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son to celebrate the life of Franklin P. Downing. Burial with military honors will be held later in the spring at Mount Auburn Cemetery. Arrangements by the family owned Dillingham & Son Memorial Chapel & Tribute Center 62 Spring St., Auburn.
