OXFORD – The Northern Lights Youth Choir will perform at 7 p.m. Friday, April 15, at the Oxford Advent Christian Church on Route 26. All are welcome.

The Northern Lights Youth Choir is an interdenominational group from Aroostook County. The choir includes junior high, senior high and college age youth. Its 2005 program, titled “Spoken For,” incorporates a variety of contemporary Christian music and worship choruses.

Since 1974, the choir has made 35 concert tours, traveled more than 80,000 miles, held more than 355 concert presentations and appeared on television programs across the eastern half of the United States and Maritime provinces. More than 500 young people have been a part of the ministry.
