PORTLAND – Marc L. Beaucage, 50, of Scribner Blvd., Lewiston, passed away on Monday, April 4, in the arms of his beautiful and loving wife and family at Maine Medical Center, Portland.

He was born on April 17, 1954, in Lewiston, the son of Emile and Pauline Beaucage and attended local schools. He owned and operated Marc’s Upholstery in Lewiston for more than 20 years.

He enjoyed making people happy and especially being with his family. He was a wonderful and loving man to his family and friends. He always worried about others before himself.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Diane Beaucage, of Lewiston; mother, Pauline Beaucage of Lewiston; daughters, Angela Beaucage-Verrill of Lewiston and Crystal Beaucage of Lewiston; son, Brian Beaucage of Lewiston; brothers, Claude Beaucage and his wife, Barbara, of Buckfield and Laurent Beaucage of Lewiston; sister, Nancy Ouellette and her husband, Paul, of Lewiston; parents-in-law, Ivan Chicoine and his wife, Elsa, of Lewiston; brother-in-law, Maurice Chicoine and his wife, Jeanine Chicoine, of Mechanic Falls; sister-in-law, Suzanne Turcotte and husband, Pierre Turcotte, of Lisbon Falls; brother-in-law, Richard Chicoine, of Lewiston; aunt, Marsella Lemay of Auburn; aunt, Bertha Beaucage of Lewiston; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnephews and a grandniece.

He was a terrific, loving husband, best friend and soul mate that meant the world to me, his loving wife. He will be missed dearly by his loving wife, family and friends!
