HARRISON – A hunter safety course sponsored by the Western Maine Fish and Game Club will be held Saturday, April 23, and Sunday, April 24, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Harrison Fire Station.

Students must attend both days to receive certification which is required before new hunters can obtain a hunting license. Participants must be at least 10 years old, and those 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Class size is limited to 40 students on a first come, first served basis. A $3 donation is required.
