AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department of Central Maine Community College will offer its Supervisor Series for six consecutive Wednesdays, April 20 through May 25, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Each session is $55, or it will be $245 for all six.

The series will cover the skills of a great supervisor, including coaching for improved performance, effective communication, improving employee work habits, preparing for change, dealing with conflicts and team-building.

The teacher, Ken O’Brien, works closely with local adult education programs and CMCC to offer classes for the public and custom training for businesses. His experience includes 15 years as a consultant, serving businesses in New England with training in customer service, sales, supervision and computers.
