CANTON – Carolyn McCann, 72, died Wednesday April 13, at the Victorian Villa in Canton. She resided on Raymond Street in Rumford.
Born in Mexico, on Nov. 7, 1932, she was a daughter of John and Pearl (LeVasseur) Rice. She was a graduate of Mexico High School with the class of 1950.
She was a communicant of St. Theresa’s Church in Mexico.
She loved to travel and loved life and her family. She will be sadly missed by her family.
She was married to the late Donald McCann Sr., who died in 1961.
Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Weeks and her husband, Tim, of Phoenix, Ariz., Ellie Theriault and her husband, Tom, of Mexico, Becky Weston and her husband, Fred, of Roxbury Pond; daughter-in-law, Patricia McCann of Rumford; two sisters, Barbara Aylward of Rumford, and Cathy Taylor and her husband, Art, of Roxbury; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald, in 1961, and her son, Donald McCann Jr., in 2004.
