LISBON – Frank Hopkins and friends will perform at a 7 p.m. concert on Saturday, April 16, along with Vanessa Torres and Touching Ground at the Lisbon Teen Center. A spokesman says it will be “some cool eclectic, modern folk music.”

Jonathan Call will be the featured artist at the center’s Wednesday coffeehouse on April 20. A Portland based singer-songwriter, his lyrics speak of hope, love and the world. His songs are about becoming more conscious of the way we live and the way we treat each other, according to the spokesman.

All shows start at 7 p.m. An open mike hosted by Brian Soucy of the Maine Songwriters Association will end the Wednesday coffeehouse. For more information, people can call 353-3010 or go to www.banddmusicservice.com

The Lisbon Teen Center is at 32 Main St. in Lisbon Falls. The show and coffeeshop is free and open to all ages.
