The following are to be arraigned on June 7 in Rumford District Court:

• Norman Johnson, 34, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, on April 16. He failed to post $400 cash bail and was transported to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Brian Worthley, 31, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay fines on a charge of operating after suspension, on April 16. He was released on $405 cash bail.

• Robert Pelletier, 25, of Mexico, on a charge of domestic assault, at 6:22 p.m. on April 15. He was released on $150 cash bail.

• Michelle Shaker, 18, of Rumford, on charges of violation of conditions of release, assault, and criminal use of a disabling chemical agent (pepper spray), at 3 p.m. on April 15. No bail was allowed. She was transported to Oxford County Jail.

• Arthur Beaver, 22, of Rumford, on a probation violation, at 12:15 a.m. on April 15. He was transported to Oxford County Jail.

• Timothy Gotto, 45, of Mexico, on a charge of criminal trespass, on April 14. He was transported to Oxford County Jail.

• William Babbidge, 25, of Rumford, on a charge of assault, on April 14. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
