Dear Sun Spots: Would you kindly list a few organizations in the Lewiston-Auburn area that are looking for volunteer assistance. Previously, you had listed an agency that was looking for volunteers to assist the elderly. My husband and I are looking to help where we can. Thank you for your assistance. – No Name, No Town.

Dear Sun Spots: I’m still looking for yellow roses that spread by themselves. One cannot find them in a nursery. They grow wild in Missouri. I would be glad to pay for them. Please call me at (207) 377-8814.
In addition, we are also looking for anyone who knew John Cleveland who once lived on Main Street in Auburn. If you might possibly have a picture of him, that would be great. He was my grandfather, but due to family problems I never got to know him. Please call me at the number above. We are also trying to compile an album for family members. So we are looking for family or friends of Sarah Cleveland, Medora Pepin and/or Merle Buck Sr. Thank you so much. We will look forward to hearing from you. – Joyce Buck, Winthrop.
