As a lifetime reader of the Sun Journal, I have finally reached my limit regarding the paper’s tendency to misspell (generously referred to as typos). The error that finally pushed me over the edge was in the illustration on D1 in the April 24 edition. A staff illustration has a line that shows President Kennedy saying, “I’m soley (sic) responsible.” I’m sure he meant “solely,” but let’s be reasonable.
My usual enjoyment in reading the paper has shifted from getting updates on current events to looking for (and expecting to find) typos.
