• Debra Beamon, 42, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 8:20 p.m. April 30 on Congress Street. She was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Marguerite Dodds, 36, of Peru, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 1:40 a.m. April 30 on Bridge Street. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.
