• A deer was found dead after being hit by a vehicle along Route 2 near Naples Packing Co. at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 9. The 120-pound female deer was given to the man who reported the animal’s body.

• A 14-year-old Rumford boy was summoned on May 8 on a charge of operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Kimball Avenue. He was released to the custody of his parents and scheduled to appear in Rumford juvenile court on June 28.

• Dana L. Richardson, 46, of Peru was summoned at 3:10 a.m. May 8, on a charge of operating under the influence on Main Street. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.

• Marcel J. Chiasson, 20, of Granite Street, Mexico, was summoned at 10:30 p.m. May 6 in the Food Trend parking lot on a charge of illegal possession of liquor. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.

• Casey J. Senn, of Cherry Street, Mexico, was summoned at 12:30 p.m. May 6 at Wal-Mart, on a charge of theft. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.

• A 16-year-old Mexico boy was summoned on charges of theft and burglary in connection with an incident that occurred on Jan. 9 at Main Street Mobil. He was released to the custody of his parents and is scheduled to appear in Rumford juvenile court on June 28.

• Rebecca S. Newton, 33, of Waldo Street, Rumford, was summoned at 1:25 a.m. May 5 on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle on the River Road. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.

• Christopher Lill, 32, of Carlton Avenue, Mexico, was summoned at 4:10 a.m. May 4 on the Harlow Hill Road on a charge of operating after suspension. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.

• Andrew L. Tripp, 26, of Rumford, was summoned at 11:51 p.m. May 3 on the River Road on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.

Arrests

• Charles L. Brown III, 51, of Rangeley, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. May 3 on the Roxbury Road, on a charge of operating under the influence. He was bailed and is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.

• Ronald W. Harding, 41, of Cumberland Street, Rumford, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. May 2 on a charge of burglary and theft. He was taken to Oxford County jail, where he was released on $500 cash bail and $7,000 surety. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 7.
