ENFIELD, Conn. – Yvette (Vincent) Slauenwhite, 84, of Enfield, Conn., beloved wife of Howard A. Slauenwhite, entered peacefully into eternal life on Thursday, May 5, in Enfield.
She was born on April 27, 1921, in Auburn, the daughter of the late Napoleon and Liane (Vanville) Vincent and was a graduate of Edward Little High School in Auburn.
She lived in Enfield for the past 27 years and in North Syracuse, N.Y. for five years, before coming to Enfield. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Besides her husband of 59 years, Howard, she is survived by a son, Richard H. Slauenwhite of Torrington, Conn.; a daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Daniel Baccielo of Stratford, Conn.; her two beloved grandchildren, Theresa Marie and Daniel Joseph Baccielo; two brothers and their wives, Louis J. and Lorraine Vincent, and George and Jean Vincent, all of Maine; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister, Dorita Poliquin.
