MECHANIC FALLS – Saturday, June 25 is the date for the 24th annual Pottle Hill Road Race that will start from the Town Square in Mechanic Falls.
A 1-mile Fun Run will begin the festivities at 8:30 a.m. It will be followed by the 5-K at 9:00, and the 10-K at 9:15. The course is hilly, rural and scenic, with water stations along the way.
Refreshments will be available after the race.
Registration for the 5-K and 10-K is $10 before June 6, and $12 thereafter. Early registrants also receive a free T-shirt. Registration is $3 for the Fun Run.
Pottle Hill, Inc., utilizes proceeds from this race for programs for persons with disabilities.
