AUBURN – Pottle Hill Inc. has added two key staff positions at the organization’s Pottle Works program in Mechanic Falls.

Kelly Walcott is Pottle Hill’s new program coordinator. In this position, she is responsible for: developing, monitoring and implementing individual plans for persons served; internal and external coordination of communications, activities, planning and logistical arrangements; facilitating meeting for consumer services; daily planning and scheduling and supervising direct service staff; and advocating for individuals served. After a two-year commitment in the U.S. Army, Walcott worked in a 26-bed home for adult males with mental illness in Bangor, and also worked in direct care in the Lewiston area where she was a residential program manager for several years.

Gail A. Yeaton, recently joined Pottle Hill as the new Pottle Works program assistant. In this position, she will be a key support to the director of programs, which includes contract development, time studies, client payroll reports and coordinating a variety of activities with people inside and outside the organization. Yeaton has a long work history of assisting and advocating for people. For 27 years, she worked for the Department of Human Services (now the Department of Health and Human Services) assisting welfare clients in accessing benefits. Yeaton held a variety of positions, and retried as deputy commissioner to former Commissioner, Peter Walsh. She holds a bachelor’s from USM in management and organizational studies, and a master’s degree from the Southern New Hampshire University in business administration.
