RUMFORD – Two Rumford residents returned nomination papers for two seats on the SAD 43 Board of Directors on Monday.

Ed Flynn, a resident of 1370 Route 2, is a retired educator and former longtime SAD 43 board member, having served several years as chairman.

Richard Gauvin, a child protective worker, lives on Blanchard Street. He made an unsuccessful run for a seat on the Board of Selectmen several years ago.

Board members Chris Dickson and Tracey Higley chose not to seek additional three-year terms.

Elections are scheduled for June 14.
