LEESBURG, Va. – James W. Piawlock Jr., 68, died Tuesday, May 24, in Leesburg, Va.

He was born in Rumford, July 17, 1936, the son of James and Hilda (Collette) Piawlock Sr. He worked as a quality assurance specialist for the U.S. Government.

He was married to Susan Piawlock, who survives him of Leesbug, Va. Other survivors include three daughters, Susan Piawlock of Swansboro, N.C., Kristen Crum of Surprise, Ariz., and Jenifer Adams of Beckley, W.Va.; sister, Carole Chisolm of Wellesley, Mass.; six half brothers and sisters; and six grandchildren.
