SCARBOROUGH – The Maine Association of USA Track and Field will host its (15-18) Championship and Region 1 Qualifying Meet on Saturday, June 18 at Scarborough High School. The 15-18 field events will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, and the running events at 1:00. The decathlon and heptathlon competition will take place Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m.
Eligible are athletes who are still 18 years of age through July 31, 2005. Entrants must show proof of birth. Individuals must be Maine USATF registered and that can be obtained at the meet for $12. Entry fee is $5 for the first event and $4 for each additional event. Registration will begin one hour before the meet.
