Bethel – Cindy Kailey Hiebert, a Bethel real estate agent, has been awarded the certified residential specialist’s designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Only 35,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.

Hiebert is the designated broker/owner of Mahoosuc Realty Inc. in Bethel. She is a member of the board of directors for the Maine Association of Realtors and a director for the Realtor Foundation. She has also achieved the accredited buyer representative and new home specialist’s designations.
