PORTLAND – Patriot Mutual scratched three runs across the board in the fourth inning and held on for a 3-1 victory over Lewiston-Auburn at Deering Oaks on Wednesday.
Brent Lemieux struck out six and scattered seven hits for Patriot Mutual. Ryan Turgeon gave up seven hits and struck out six for L-A, who next face defending league champion Lender’s Network on Friday night at Pettengill Park.
