Many years ago, I experienced the pain of loss, which, as a grieving parent, I will never completely recover from. My son died in a car accident. The shock knocked me to my knees.
I felt that jolt again recently when I saw a man standing beside a road in Auburn holding a large sign that read: “Bush lied – 2,000 dead Americans – impeach the idiot.”
My heart aches for the families of those lost loved ones.
I wonder, could that sign be an indication of the outrage brewing inside the sleeping giant? The American people?
