After reading about the paving projects that will be done in Lewiston, I hope that the city has given some thought about doing Central Avenue between Campus Avenue and Russell Street. The city crews keep patching all the time. Now would be the time to do a complete job while the college students are gone.

I know that there are a lot of streets that need fixing, but being an area with so much daily traffic, I think that area deserves some consideration. The sides of the road look ugly.

Roads can be patched only so many times. I hope that something will be done.
