FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Michael A. Abbott, 48, of Cornville was charged with driving/permitting operation of unregistered motorboat May 14 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Michael Achorn, 41, of Benton was charged violating fishing rule May 9 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Aaron K. Adams, 23, of Jay was charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug Feb. 18. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Clifford L. Adams, 57, of Jay was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Feb. 18 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Leonard R. Adams, 30, of New Sharon was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked March 4 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Lili T. Adams, 48, of Jay on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Feb. 18 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Roderick Adams, 42, of Farmington was charged with assault Dec. 11 in Farmington. Probable cause was found.

John C. Alderman, 42, of Phillips was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Jan. 9 in Phillips. He was fined $500.

Derek E. Allen, 28, of New Sharon was charged driving a snowmobile to endanger Feb. 4 in New Sharon. He was fined $400.

Joshua P. Allen, 20, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 2 in Farmington. He was fined $500, and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Louis M. Alves, 35, of New Sharon was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 28 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Roger J. Ames, 41, of Jay was charged with driving after habitual offender revocation Dec. 20 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Peter D. Ankers, 47, of Wilton was charged with two counts of tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim Nov. 20 and Dec. 19 in Wilton. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Cameron R. Atwood, 35, of New Vineyard was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 24 in New Vineyard. He was found innocent.

Ronald A. Aube, 51, of Scarborough was charged with two counts of violating protective order Oct. 29 and Oct. 31 in Carrabassett Valley. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Renee Aucoin, 42, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence March 30 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Andrew E. Bachelder, 47, of Kingfield was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Feb. 6 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $250. A charge of unlawful use of license Feb. 6 in Carrabassett Valley was dismissed.

Jessica Bachelder, 20, of Phillips was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 19 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Keith O. Bachelder, 40, of Strong was charged with two counts of violating protective order March 7 and 10 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Nicole Bachelder, 20, of Strong was charged with driving after suspension Jan. 24 in Farmington. She was fined $250.

Ronald Bachelder, 44, of Strong was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 5 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Trent Bachelder, 45, of West Farmington was charged with cultivating marijuana Sept. 25 in Avon. He was fined $500.

Joshua D. Bailey, 23, of Freeport was charged with driving a vehicle without license Feb. 18 in New Sharon. He was fined $150.

Kendra L. Baker, 27, of North Jay was charged with allowing a dog to be at large March 27 in Jay. Baker was fined $50.

Joshua W. Baldwin, 18, of Wilton was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 24 in Farmington. He was fined $75.

Richard A. Barrett, 28, of Chesterville was charged with being a fugitive from justice April 30 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed.

Dwight M. Barron, 31, of Rangeley was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 16 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.

Charles Beardsley, 21, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 20 in Farmington. He was fined $125 and was ordered to make restitution of $37.74.

Elizabeth K. Beaudoin 23, of Farmington was charged with fishing without valid license May 29 in Avon. She was fined $100.

Joseph Begin, 21, of Bryant Pond was charged with violating fishing rule April 9 in Rangeley. He was fined $75. For a charge of possession of marijuana April 9 in Rangeley, he was fined $200.

Raymond Begin Jr., 37, of Jay was charged with criminal mischief Jan. 19 in Jay. He was fined $400 and was sentenced to 48 hours.

Tyler L. Belanger, 22, of Sumner was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 25 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Paul R. Benoit, 46, of Stratton was charged with allowing a dog to be at large April 22 in Coplin Plantation. He was fined $50.

Ronald J. Berard, 31, of Jay was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 1 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth P. Bergeron, 39, of Windham, N.H., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 13 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Natalie Bergeron, 20, of Hebron was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Jan. 29 in Carrabassett Valley. A $200 fine was suspended.

Brian M. Bernatchez, 38, of Belgrade was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 25 in Salem. He was fined $100.

Robert W. Bernier, 36, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence March 26 in Farmington. He was fined $600 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Keith S. Berry, 50, of Newport was charged with passing a stopped school bus March 3 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Keith Bertrand, 40, of Durham was charged with snowmobile rule violation Jan. 30 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Wayne H. Bickford II, 23, of Montville was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 27 in Farmington. He was fined $250. A charge of unlawful use of license Oct. 27 in Farmington was dismissed.

David C. Bisson, 44, of Brunswick was charged with snowmobile rule violation March 5 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Gary A. Blodgett, 44, of Strong was charged with shooting from a motor vehicle or motorboat Oct. 23 in Coplin Plantation. He was fined $100.

Jeff K. Bollette, 48, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 22 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Olen Boulette, 18, of Farmington was charged with driving a vehicle without a license May 14 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Pamela Boyker, 20, of Industry was charged with criminal trespass May 4 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Andrew Brackett, 42, of Rangeley was charged with permitting unlawful operation of a snowmobile Jan. 16 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Brittany F. Braddock, 28, of Temple was charged with allowing a dog to be at large March 26 in Temple. She was fined $50.

Justin Breton, 24, of Wilton was charged with cultivating marijuana Dec. 3 in Wilton. He was fined $400.

Eric Brewster, 33, of Lewiston was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 26 in Jay. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Benjamin F. Brodis, 22, of Hope was charged with driving under the influence May 13 in Farmington. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Steven E. Brownell Jr., 30, of Peru was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Jan. 5 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Ernest C. Bubar, 49, of New Sharon was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked-driving under the influence Feb. 28 in New Sharon. He was fined $500, sentenced to seven days and his license was suspended for a year.

Glenn R. Bumps, 36, of Augusta was charged with possession of marijuana Feb. 26 in Kingfield. He was fined $200. A charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Feb. 26 in Kingfield was dismissed.

Rachel E. Burnham, 28, of Farmington was charged with failing to register or update information March 9 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Robert S. Campbell, 65, of Yarmouth was charged with failing to extinguish fire May 10 in Jim Pond Twp. He was fined $100.

Lawrence P. Campo, 46, of Boylston, Mass., was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked April 10 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Daniel H. Carroll, 25, of Portsmouth, N.H., was charged with disorderly conduct Feb. 13 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100.

Chico D. Carter, 29, of Scarborough was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 21 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Joseph L. Cartledge, 42, of Beverly, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile March 24 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Paul A. Cerminara, 19, of Rangeley was charged with criminal trespass March 4 in Rangeley. He was fined $500. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 4 in Rangeley, he was fined $500.

Thomas Chadwick, 55, of Farmington was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile March 19 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

Michael S. Champion, 31, of Jay was charged with assault Oct. 31 in Jay. He was sentenced to five days and his probation was partially revoked.

Dean A. Chancey, 47, of Farmington was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 6 in Industry. He was fined $100.

Keith Chapman, 30, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 5 in Washington Township. He was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 5 in Washington Township, he was fined $500.

Gary A. Charbonneau, 39, of Amherst, N.H., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 26 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Eric Cheverez, 25, of Livermore Falls was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 18 in Farmington. He was fined $75. A charge of possession of marijauna March 18 in Farmington was dismissed.

Zachary A. Chickering, 28, of Auburn was charged with criminal trespass Oct. 12 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Christi Choate, 23, of Wilton was charged with littering Aug. 16 in Chesterville. She was ordered to make restitution of $50.

Nancy P. Chouinard, 28, of Lewiston was charged with a snowmobile rule violation Feb. 26 in Wilton. She was fined $100.

Brian R. Clarke, 24, of Rangeley was charged with driving a snowmobile under the influence Jan. 23 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Raymond M. Cloutier, 47, of Lewiston was charged with permitting an unlawful operation of a snowmobile Jan. 30 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Hannah C. Collins, 25, of Greenville was charged with failure to register vehicle May 6 in Industry. She was fined $100.

Vincent E. Collins, 43, of Bingham was charged with violating a protective order March 17 in Farmington. His probation was revoked.

Daryl Comstock, 26, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence March 6 in New Sharon. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Martin D. Conley, 37, of Wilton was charged with terrorizing Sept. 17 in Wilton. He was sentenced for 60 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Derek R. Cook, 20, of Livermore Falls was charged with a snowmobile rule violation Jan. 23 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Thomas R. Cook, 24, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving an ATV on a public way Feb. 8 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Keith Cookson, 45, of Skowhegan was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Feb. 4 in Temple. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Johanna Cooley, 22, of Pittsfield was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Jan. 8 in New Sharon. She was fined $250.

William Corbett Jr., 67, of North Anson was charged with unlawful sexual touching and with assault Jan. 7 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth Cormier, 39, of Waterville was charged with failing to provide and display registration Jan. 30 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Eugene A. Corson, 52, of Canton was charged with snowmobile rule violation Feb. 25 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Garry E. Corson, 56, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 5 in New Sharon. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Charles Cote, 47, of Eustis was charged with burning without a permit April 8 in Eustis. He was fined $50.

William J. Cote, 39, of Leeds was charged with driving under the influence April 22 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Rene L. Couillard, 31, of Jay was charged with a snowmobile rule violation Feb. 27 in Jay. Couillard was fined $100.

Brandon Coulthard, 19, of Dixfield was charged with criminal trespass Nov. 1, 2003, in Carthage. He was fined $500 and sentenced for seven days. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 1, 2003, in Carthage, he was fined $500. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 1, 2003 in Carthage was filed.

Tyler W. Cousins, 18, of Blue Hill was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 22 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $250.

Jenny L. Couture, 23, of Jay was charged with failure to register vehicle Jan. 18 in Jay. She was fined $100.

Norman Gene Cowette, 44, of Jay was charged with assault Dec. 26, 2003, in Jay. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher Crandall, 18, of Farmington was charged with acquiring drugs by deception Jan. 23 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Bradford L. Craney, 53, of Strong was charged with obstructing government administration, obstructing reporting of a crime, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 20 in Phillips. All four charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Shawn M. Crespi, 18, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 18 in Farmington. He was fined $150.

Siiri Cressey, 27, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked May 13 in Farmington. Cressey was fined $250.

Elwyn Crocker, 56, of Winthrop was charged with possession of fish in violation April 30 in Chesterville. He was fined $140.

Patrick J. Crosscup, 24, of Stratton was charged with attaching false plates Dec. 11 in Eustis. He was fined $150.

David K. Croteau, 25, of Farmington was charged with assault June 12 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin Crute, 23, of Kingfield was charged with stalking Jan. 23 in Kingfield. All but two days of a 90-day sentence were suspended and he was placed on probation for six months.

Richard E. Currier, 31, of Dryden was charged with driving under the influence and with driving a vehicle without a license Jan. 7 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Ryan A. Curtis, 25, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $700, and all but seven days of a 90-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for one year and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Karen L. Cutchin, 31, of Jay was charged with forgery July 9, 2004, in Jay. She was sentenced for 25 days and her probation was partially revoked. For a second charge of forgery July 12, 2004, she was sentenced for 25 days and her probation was partially revoked.
