FARMINGTON – Mandy Damon has joined the Sexual Assault Victims Emergency Services (SAVES) as its new Community Education coordinator.
Damon graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington in the summer of 2004 with a degree in Community Health Education, after completing an internship with Somerset Heart Health.
In her position at SAVES, she will be responsible for writing press releases, developing curriculum, scheduling community presentations and providing community awareness about sexaul assault and abuse. She will also be writing and editing SAVES quarterly newsleter, The Networker.
