NORWAY – “What will you read next?” Norway Memorial Library will present a demonstration of NoveList at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 21. The demonstration is free and open to the public.
NoveList is an online resource available to readers from their home or by using a library public access computer.
Beth Kane, reference services coordinator, will demonstrate a few scenarios, and time permitting at the conclusion of the demonstration, participants will be able to try it at the library’s computers.
NoveList allows readers to browse lists based on genre or awards, search by heading, reviews or publisher, find titles based on a favorite author, title or description, access book discussion guides and determine “read-alike” titles by using elements of other favorite books.
Registration is required prior to the event by stopping by the reference desk at the library or calling 743-5309.
