LEWISTON – The Lewiston Ramada earned the Pinnacle Award for service and quality from Ramada Worldwide at the lodging chain’s international conference held recently in Las Vegas. This is the second year it has received this award.

The Pinnacle Award is given to the Chain’s top properties, whose staffs’ consistently provide customers with outstanding services and maintain their hotels at the highest possible standards. Properties are rated in key areas such as hotel performance, participation in marketing programs and promotions, customer service and the overall presentation of the hotel.

Ramada Worldwide honors properties from each of 19 regions in the United States and Canada with the Pinnacle award. The Lewiston Ramada was one of two hotels in the chain’s Northeast region that received the accolade.

The Lewiston Ramada is owned by and managed by Gary Adams in partnership with Del, David and George Gendron.

The 117 room Lewiston Ramada is located at Exit 80 off the Maine Turnpike.
