TURNER – The A-K girls 12-and under Softball League is having its season-ending tournament on Saturday, July 23. Two fields will be used at Tripp Middle School and the Leavitt High School softball field. Games start at 8 a.m. with a two-hour limit per game. The tournament is set up as a single elimination tournament, light rain or shine. David Ingerson is the Umpire in Chief and the official tournament scorekeeper. Standings so far with still a few games remaining are as follows: Sabattus, Leeds, Greene/Eagles, Turner/Bluejays, Turner/Patriots, Greene/Gators, and Hartford. League trophies and tournament ribbons will be awarded at the end of the tournament.
