The Bellamy Jazz Band, which plays traditional New Orleans and Chicago jazz and swing, will perform at noon Tuesday, July 26, at Auburn’s Festival Plaza.

The Blue Hill Brass Quintet will play music of the past five centuries at noon Thursday, July 28, in Lewiston’s Courthouse Plaza. Both bands will play as part of L/A Arts’ Music in the Parks summer concert series.

The Bellamy Jazz Band was founded 23 years ago by Roy Dunphy. Band members now include Dana Fisher on trumpet, cornet and flugelhorn; Frank Vignea, keyboard;Bill Thurston, drums; Bill Manduca, trombone; and Dave de Bree, sax, along with Peter Dunphy on banjo and Peter Lord on soprano sax, who will not be able to make the Tuesday concert.
