The following are to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Dana S. McKeen, 20, of Dixfield, on charges of unlawful possession of Schedule Z drugs, furnishing scheduled drugs, and operating under the influence, at 5:30 a.m. July 15. He failed to post $600 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Deborah Harnden, 48, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 1:16 a.m. July 14 on Falmouth Street. She was released on $150 unsecured bail.

• Michelle Worthley, 21, of Rumford, on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration, at 1:10 a.m. July 14 on Falmouth Street. She was released on $250 unsecured bail.

• Charles Bowman, 55, of Andover, on a charge of violation of a protection-from-abuse order, at 11:41 a.m. July 12 in the Rumford Municipal Building. He was released on $250 unsecured bail.

• Marc Chartier, 28, of Andover, on warrants for probation revocation and failure to appear, at 1:35 a.m. July 22 on Cumberland Street. Bail was denied and he was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Steven Hentschel, 39, of Andover, on a warrant for failure to appear, at 12:20 p.m. July 20 on River Street. He was released on $250 cash bail.

• Christopher Olsen, 33, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 8:10 p.m. July 19 on Urquhart Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Russell Copp, 24, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, at 9:30 p.m. July 18 on Essex Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• A 15-year-old Rumford boy, on charges of assault and terrorizing, at 7:10 p.m. July 17. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Derrik Knox, 18, of Bethel, on a warrant for failure to pay a fine, at 2:30 a.m. July 16. He was released on $360 cash bail.

Arrests

The following are to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Patrick L. Daggett, 34, of Farmington, on an Oxford County Superior Court warrant for aggravated criminal mischief, at 12:25 p.m. July 19. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Harland Cofferen, 24, of Mexico, on a charge of operating with an expired license over 90 days. He failed to post bail of either $400 cash or $6,000 surety and was taken to Oxford County Jail.
