LISBON FALLS – Andrew J. Bacha Jr., 89, of Bulick Drive, Lisbon Falls, died Thursday morning, July 21, at his home.

He was born in Durham, April 23, 1916, the son to Andrew and Mary Vasil Bacha. He was educated in New Jersey and Lisbon schools.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was employed for many years at the Farnsworth Mill in Lisbon, until his retirement.

Andrew was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Andrew spent all his time fixing up his old farmhouse, which he so much enjoyed with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Evangeline Dunn Bacha, whom he married on Nov. 10, 1967.

He also leaves a son and his wife, Paul J. and Becki Pellegrini of Litchfield; four grandchildren, Jim Pellegrini, Staci Child, Dan H. Pellegrini and Scott P. Pellegrini; six great-grandchildren; and several cousins.

He was predeceased by one son, Peter J. Pellegrini.
