Brunswick – After almost 30 years of service to the banking industry, Philip M. Sheloske of Topsham has retired from Northeast Bank.

Sheloske was with Northeast for the past 11 years where he started the bank’s first collection and workout department, and most recently was regional vice president of Commercial Lending at the bank’s Brunswick branch.

Sheloske worked throughout central and mid-coastal Maine during his career and will be remembered for his customer following.

“When Phil established customer relationships, it was for a lifetime. We are sad to see him go,” said Jim Delamater, president and CEO of Northeast Bank.

Prior to working for Northeast, Sheloske was with Fleet Bank for 18 years where he started as a management trainee and worked his way up through the ranks to vice president of managed assets.

Sheloske was active in the Boy Scouts, United Way and his local church. He and his wife, Carol, will be living in Northport, Fla.
