NAYSAYERS: Critics say some projects are wasteful and only serve to make the local politician look good.
WHAT THEY’LL BUILD: Some of the projects include bike trails, highways, bus stops, parking lots, a deer avoidance system, rural road dust control and historic building rehabilitation.
