KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Richard Scott Harmon, 34, of Panama City Beach, Fla., formerly of Maynardville, Tenn., passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Aug. 2, in Knoxville, Tenn., due to an accident.

He was born March 24, 1971.

Survivors include his son, Curtis Llovett of Atlantic Beach, Fla.; father, Richard Harmon of Maynardville, Tenn.; mother, Anita Harmon of Lewiston; and sister, Michelle Lane of Panama City Beach, Fla.
