NORWAY – The friends and members of the Second Congregational Church, UCC, Main Street, are busy sorting and pricing items for their fifth annual Tent-N-Treasures Yard Sale, which will be held Saturday, Aug. 27.

“Donations are arriving on a daily basis,” said Bruce Davison, yard sale chairman. “The only thing we do not accept are large appliances and clothes.”

Anyone interested in donating should leave items in the parsonage barn or contact the church office at 743-2290. Pick-up service is available for large items.

This year revenue from the yard sale will not only be used to support the missions of the Second Congregational Church but also to repair the church’s brick foundation and the parsonage’s brick chimney.
