The following are to be arraigned on Oct. 4 in Rumford District Court:

• Paula Nichols, 19, of Rumford, on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor, at 11:58 p.m. Aug. 10. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Richard L. Downs, 54, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 3:05 p.m. Aug. 15. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Martin Lore, 19, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to appear, at 11:25 p.m. Aug. 14. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Lauren Laliberty, 30, of Dixfield, on a charge of operating with a suspended registration, at 8:38 p.m. Aug. 14. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Brian K. Purcell, 23, of Tampa, Fla., on a charge of operating under the influence, at 1:20 a.m. Aug. 14. He was released on $400 cash bail.

• Joseph Downs Jr., 27, of Rumford, on a charge of violation of conditions of release and a warrant for a probation violation, at 4:05 p.m. Aug. 13. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Richard Kreis, 58, of Rumford, on a charge of possession of cocaine, at 3:46 p.m. Aug. 12. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• Michelle Chartier, 21, of Rumford, on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, at 12:59 a.m. Aug. 12. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.
