Barry M. Touchette, 42, of Essex Avenue, Rumford, disorderly conduct and refusing to sign a summons, at 1:21 a.m. Aug. 17 on Main Street. He was transported to Oxford County jail and released on unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.

Leroy C. Leonard, 27, of Rumford Center, on a warrant for unpaid fines, at 7:45 p.m. Aug. 17 on Main Street. He was transported to Oxford County jail where he was released after paying the fines. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.

Joseph R. Arsenault, 24, of 8 Angie Lane, Mexico, domestic assault at Angie Lane, at 9:15 a.m. Aug. 18 at Osgood Avenue. He was transported to the Mexico Police Station where he was released on $400 unsecured bail. A condition of release was to have no contact with the assault victim. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Sept. 6.

Justin Flaherty, 18, Prospect Avenue, Rumford, furnishing liquor to a minor, 6:35 p.m. Aug. 18 at Osgood Avenue. He was transported to the Mexico Police Station where he was released on unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.
