• Scott Hart, 23, Rumford, domestic assault, obstruction of the report of a crime and an Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear, 12:50 p.m. Aug.. 31. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Norman Johnson, 34, Rumford, warrant for tampering with a witness, 12:45 p.m. Aug.. 31. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Paula Nichols, 19, Rumford, violation of conditions of release, 8:25 a.m. Aug.. 31. She was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Melinda Blodgett, 21, Rumford, warrant for tampering with a witness, 4:04 p.m. Aug.. 30. She was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Thomas R. Haley, 32, Rumford, theft of service, 8:12 a.m. Aug.. 30. He was released on $250 cash bail.
