WATERVILLE – Cheryl Kathleen LeBlanc of Chelsea, died Sept. 6, at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Waterville at the young age of 57.
She was born April 21, 1948, daughter of Herbert R.R. Elkins and Marjorie Elkins, who have both predeceased her.
She spent many years in West Virginia working with her family on a large farm and had an uncanny ability to grow the most beautiful flower gardens. She was a member of the Winthrop United Methodist Church in Winthrop and was loved by many.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Richard LeBlanc, of 13 years; daughter, Kathleen A. Billings; four grandchildren, one grandson, Robert D. Lane, and three granddaughters, Heather K. Lane, Elizabeth D. Lane and Twyla M. Lane; sisters, Charlotte, Josie and Cindy; and brothers, Wayne (her twin), Scott, Sherman and Patrick.
She was predeceased by her son, Herbert R.R. Evans.
