LEEDS – The 35th annual meeting of the Rural Community Action Ministry is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 19, at the office on 81 Church Hill Road beginning at 6:45 p.m. The regular business meeting will include election of a new slate of board members, and the public is invited to attend.
