Rumford

The following are to be arraigned on Nov. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Joseph Gower, 49, Rumford, on charges of domestic assault, terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime or injury, 3 a.m. Sept. 12. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Brandon L. Windover, 31, Mexico, violation of conditions of release, at 3:10 p.m. Sept. 11 on Cumberland Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Eric Richard, 29, Rumford, operating with a suspended registration, 10:20 p.m. Sept. 10 on Route 2. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Kendra Anderson, 22, Dixfield, violation of conditions of release, 1:05 a.m. Sept. 10 on Oxford Avenue. She was taken to Oxford County Jail.
