ORLANDO, FLA. – Rumford native Kim Gallant has completed a course in 3-D imaging at the University of Florida in Jacksonville, which certifies her in expanded expertise.
She works as a computed tomography technologist at the Florida Hospital in Orlando.
She has been trained to compute C.T. images into three dimensional images used primarily for the arteries and bones of the body.
She has been a C.T. technologist for 20 years.
Gallant graduated from Rumford High School and the School of Radiology at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Lewiston.
She resides in Orlando, Fla., with her husband, Don. She is the daughter of Frank and Connie Gallant of Rumford.
