FRANKLIN, Ky. – Helen Carrier Lucarelli, 88, a resident of Kentucky, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, at the Franklin Regional Medical Center in Franklin, Ky.

She was born in Winthrop on July 11, 1917, the daughter of Albert and Odile Boutin Carrier. She was a graduate of Winthrop High School.

She started a commercial bakery with her husband in 1946 and operated it with him until their retirement in 1970. Having also lived in Livermore Falls, Maine, and Largo, Fla., she was a member of the Duplicate Bridge Club in Augusta and the St. Justin Catholic Church in Largo, Fla.

She is survived by a son, John Lucarelli of Frankfort; four grandchildren, Gregory Lucarelli, Jill Lake, Beth Ann Lucarelli and Omm Lucarelli; and two great-grandchildren, Christopher and Jonathan Greenwood.

She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Fegeo Lucarelli; a son, Larry Lucarelli; five sisters; and six brothers.
